Dr Sauharda Rai

Sauharda Rai, MA, Ph.D. is a Research Scientist at Center for Global Mental Health Equity at George Washington University. With over a decade of experience in the field of global mental health, his work has focused on stigma, migration, and conflict. Using participatory approaches, he has also worked on intervention development and adaptation in Nepal, Ethiopia, and Uganda. He is interested in taking an interdisciplinary approach by combining theories and methods from the field of social sciences, health sciences, and anthropology in his work.
